Baremetrics populates DNS records from any "from address" inside Recover and Cancelation Insights.

By default, we use the billing users but in many instances, you'll want to update these to your Support or Success teams.

Updating Recover

You'll need to update all of your emails templates located here:

❗ You can also choose a different reply to email and BCC.

Updating Cancellation Insights

There are two places you'll need to update the"from address".

  1. Response email is located here.

  2. Follow up email is located here.
