How to connect your Chargebee account to Baremetrics account

To connect your Chargebee account to Baremetrics, you’ll need:

  • A Read-Only: All API key

  • Your site subdomain (e.g. yourcompany.chargebee.com)

Notes on Common Differences Between Chargebee and Baremetrics Data

Discounts & Coupons
In some cases, you may notice differences in reported MRR due to how discounts or coupons are handled. Baremetrics reflects the actual amount paid by the customer, while some platforms may show the original plan amount before discounts are applied.

Cancelled Subscriptions
Once a subscription is marked as cancelled, Baremetrics immediately reflects that change in your metrics. This provides a more immediate view of churn and helps teams react faster to changes in recurring revenue. If you cancel your customers at the end of their paid term and want us to keep them active, just let our support team know, and we can enable this for your account.

Paused Subscriptions
Paused subscriptions are not considered active in Baremetrics. Only customers who are actively paying are included in MRR and customer counts.
