Customer Insights — Non-Paying, Renewing, Cancelling & Geo

A guide to the four Customer Insights lists: who's not paying, who's renewing soon, who's scheduled to cancel, and where your customers are located.

Customer Insights gives you ready-made lists and data that answer a simple question: who's in this situation right now? You'll find them under Customers → Insights in the left sidebar.


Non-Paying Customer

Customers with an active subscription who aren't generating revenue — either on a free plan or a 100%-off coupon. The list is broken into three tabs: All, Free, and 100% Off.

Delinquent or failed-payment customers are not here. They're on a paying plan — just behind on payment — so they show up in Recover instead.

Supported integrations: All integrations.


Renewing Customers

Customers whose subscriptions are billing again soon — monthly customers within the next 7 days, and annual or other billing cycles within the next 45 days. The list shows days until renewal and the next charge amount, broken out by All, Annual, Monthly, and Other tabs.

Supported integrations: Stripe, Recurly, Braintree, Chargebee, Apple, Google, and the Baremetrics API. This list requires billing-period dates — integrations that don't send that information won't populate it.


Cancelling Customers

Customers who have already requested cancellation and are scheduled to end within the next 45 days. Shows when their subscription ends and when the cancellation was requested.

Supported integrations: Stripe accounts with cancel-at-period-end enabled.


Geo Insights

A breakdown of your customers by location — viewable by customer count or MRR, with a donut chart and full country list. Toggle between Card Country and other data sources to explore where your revenue is coming from.


Good to know

Data refreshes once a day. These lists are built from a daily snapshot rather than querying live data — which keeps them fast for large accounts. A change made after the daily refresh (for example, a customer cancelling) won't appear until the next day's refresh.

Lists show up to 250 customers. For larger lists, you'll see the 250 most recent. If you only see 250, that's expected — it's not a bug. The tab counts (e.g. All (1046)) always reflect the true total and are never capped.

CSV export arrives by email. The export button sends the full list to your email — it doesn't download inline.
